Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the MOONDOJO LLC Platform. A "customer" is any individual or legal entity placing an order with MOONDOJO LLC and validating it via our secure payment provider, Teachable Pay.

Acceptance

Any order placed on the MOONDOJO LLC Platform implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Payments and Billing

Payments made on the Platform are processed by Teachable, which is a third-party payment provider. MOONDOJO LLC is not responsible for payment problems or invoices. Invoices related to your purchases on the Platform are also handled by Teachable Pay. The price displayed includes VAT only for courses aimed at a French-speaking audience based in Europe, as required by the French Law. The price of items may be modified at any time, but the rate applied to an order is always the one announced at the time of the order.

Prices are quoted in US dollars or euros, depending on the language of the course. Payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-ordered products. You have the choice of paying by credit card or PayPal, depending on the wishes of each partner designer, via our payment service provider Teachable Pay.

Access and Delivery

Access to digital products will be through the secure MOONDOJO LLC Platform and will take the form of a password-protected account. You may access it at any time.

Content Ownership and Copyright

MOONDOJO LLC is not the owner of the training content available on the Platform. Responsibility for the content of the training courses rests with the partner creators. All elements of the site and products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the partner creators. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound or to communicate his personal login to the member area to a third party.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA") provides remedies for copyright owners who believe that material on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by MOONDOJO LLC infringe your copyright, you or your agent may send MOONDOJO LLC a notice requesting that the material be removed or access to it blocked. This Agreement shall be binding upon MOONDOJO LLC and our respective successors, assigns, heirs and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement, nor any rights hereunder, may be assigned without the prior written consent of MOONDOJO LLC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by MOONDOJO LLC to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

Guarantee and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated on the product sales page, training courses purchased on the Platform are non-refundable. If a money-back guarantee is mentioned on the sales page, please contact customer support to request its application. By way of information, accessing the content (by downloading it or viewing it, even partially) is considered as full and complete performance of the contract, and therefore entails a waiver of the right of withdrawal. In fact, the regulations exclude "digital content supplied on an intangible medium and a subscription contract for these services, the performance of which has begun with your agreement and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal".

MOONDOJO LLC is not responsible for content provided by partner creators. We accept no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies or omissions in training content.
